Welcome back and apologies for the lack of newsletter last week. I had a quick trip up to Manchester and couldn't find the time to compile but that means that there's quite a lot on for this week. This has been an incredibly busy week for reports on child protection social work and children's social care - I've added the reports in but there's quite a lot I'll be adding over the next few weeks. I try to balance the areas of social work I cover to emphasis the breadth of the profession but always happy for feedback/comments - either via twitter at @vic15 or by replying directly to this email!
