Community Care Inform have made their guide to managing and recognising secondary trauma free to access and it is definitely work accessing and keeping. These are tough times.

New season has started for the podcasters from the Social Matters Podcast, which is presented by three UK-based social workers. This episode, after a summer off, looking back over the key events over the last summer, is a good listen.

One of my favourite listens, Social Work, Cats and Rocket Science has a special Black History Month episode with some great music. Definitely worth a listen and lots to reflect on.
