The Supreme Court considered the issue of whether to have capacity to decide to have sexual relations with another person, a person needs to understand that the other person must have the capacity to consent to the sexual activity, and must in fact consent before and throughout the sexual activity.

This webinar has been arranged by the Association of Mental Health Providers, which is the national strategic partner for this work and Rethink Mental Illness, to provide a national platform to help raise awareness of the value and importance of the aims of this transformation programme for people with mental illness in *all* local communities-and not just those in the four areas participating in the work.
